How do I start shopping?

Shopping in Ayala Central Bloc by OMG! is so easy! Scroll down and simply select the store you want to shop in, add the items you love to the cart, and checkout. For stores with no items, you can book a Shopping Genie to do the shopping for you! We're sure you'll love this personal shopping experience.



What's a Shopping Genie?

A Shopping Genie makes your shopping wishes come true! You can book a genie to do the shopping for you. Select the store that you want to shop in, select a date and time, and book your genie. They'll contact you on shopping day. You can even do Live Video Shopping with your genie in-app! How cool is that?



How do I get my orders?

With OMG!, you can choose between one of two options: Safely Deliver Once you're order is assembled, we will ship it to your doorstep on your selected date and time. You just have to sit back and relax! Delivery fees apply. Easy Pick-Up You can also choose to pick-up your order at the designated pick-up locations in Ayala Central Bloc. You don't have to pay for delivery!



How much does it cost?

For grocery shopping, Service Fee starts at Php 120 and Php 100 after every Php 3,000. Delivery fee starts at Php 150. When you book a Shopping Genie, booking fee is P150, plus 10% of your final bill. And that already includes delivery. We also give 20% discount for orders above Php10k!* Remember, all delivery fees are waived if you choose Easy Pick-Up option. Also, each store may have different fees or promotions, but you will always be informed when you checkout. *Discount does not apply to the booking fee.



How do I pay?

Right now, we only accept digital payments: credit/debit card, GCash, PayMaya, and bank transfer. We are committed to providing first class service while maintaining safety for both our customers and employees. We have decided to temporarily suspend cash transactions, as cash/bank notes have been identified as carriers of the corona virus. We appreciate your understanding.
