Every time you begin shopping for your groceries online, please check here for any news or announcements. You may also visit our FAQ page to learn more about shopping in our store.
Limited coverage until further notice
With tighter border restrictions, beginning May 4, 2020, we will no longer be able to deliver groceries to Mactan, and Cordova. We will still continue to accept orders to other locations outside Cebu City, but will inform you if complications arise next week. Please check our FB page ohmygenieph regularly for updates.
About delivery slots
We've expanded the team to serve more Cebuanos! You should be able to get a slot 90% of the time.
Due to the extremely high volume of orders, delivery slots may quickly become unavailable. We add new slots everyday, and even more on weekends. So please try again if you are unable to secure your slot at this time. Also check out our FB page ohmygenieph for updates on delivery slots.
Service Fee and Delivery Fee
Feel free to explore the store, search for the items you need, and drop them in your cart. Once you're done choosing, click on the Checkout Now button to finalize your order. Your order totals will be calculated automatically, including the Service Fee and Delivery Fee.
Service Fee is P120, plus P100 after every P3000.
Delivery Fee is P150, plus P100 after every P3000.
Additional delivery fee may be added to deliveries outside Cebu City (starting from 50 to 200 pesos depending on how far you are from Cebu City). Our customer service team will contact you once you've placed the order.
Paying for your order
To make sure that you and our staff are safe, we only process pre-paid orders via fund transfers. This is to ensure that all orders are contactless. Bank notes or paper bills are known carriers of any virus or bacteria. Please send payment 2 days before your chosen delivery date.
Once you've placed your order, you will get an order confirmation email, which contains your delivery information, a list of the items you've ordered, order totals, and payment instructions.
During these unique times, items may have limited quantity and are more likely to become unavailable. This is the case with any supermarket. However, our shoppers will always offer the best alternative to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
About refunds and credits
When we assemble your order, item quantities may be lesser or may be unavailable. Your shopper will always let you know and will recommend replacements. If you're happy with the replacements, our shopper will forward your order to checkout. You will then receive an email with the updated order details and totals. Our customer service team will also contact you for any payment adjustment like credits or refunds. Please allow 3-5 business days to process this.
