How do I start shopping?

Shopping in SM Supermalls by OMG! is so easy! Scroll down and simply select the store you want to shop in, add the items you love to the cart, and checkout. For stores with no items yet, you can book a Shopping Genie to do the shopping for you! Get anything that you want or need! We're sure you'll love this personal shopping experience. Don't see you your favorite store? Just select SM Mall then book a genie. We can get you anything inside the mall! Don't forget to tell your genie which store :)



What's a Shopping Genie?

A Shopping Genie makes your shopping wishes come true! You can book a genie to do the shopping for you, and get you anything you want! Select the store that you want to shop in, select a date and time, and book your genie. They'll contact you on shopping day. You can even do Live Video Shopping with your genie! How cool is that?



How do I get my orders?

With OMG!, you can choose between one of two options: Safely Deliver Once you're order is assembled, we will ship it to your doorstep on your selected date and time. You just have to sit back and relax! Delivery fees apply. Easy Pick-Up You can also choose to pick-up your order at the designated pick-up locations in SM City Cebu. You don't have to pay for delivery!



How much does it cost?

Grocery Shopping Service Fee starts at Php 120 (plus Php 100 after every Php 5,000) Pick-Up Option available at no extra cost. Home Delivery (optional) fee starts at Php 150 (plus Php 100 after every Php 5,000)* Booking a Shopper Genie for Non-Grocery Items Standard booking fee is fixed at: Php 50 per store Or FREE for your first store if you ordered groceries!!! (waived service fee) Look out for promotions (like Free Delivery!). Check out SM and OMG's FB page for deals, promos, and more details! Pick-Up Option available at no Extra Cost Home Delivery (optional) fee is fixed at Php 150* Ship your other orders with your groceries and we'll waive this fee! OMG! Each store may have different fees or promotions, but you will always be informed when you checkout. *Additional delivery fee of Php 100 for Consolaction, Liloan, Talisay, Minglanilla, Lapu-Lapu. Additional fees may apply for shipping of large items and items that exceed 300 kg.



How do I pay?

Right now, we only accept digital payments: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer, and credit/debit card (coming soon). We are committed to providing first class service while maintaining safety for both our customers and employees. We have decided to temporarily suspend cash transactions, as cash/bank notes have been identified as carriers of the corona virus. We appreciate your understanding.
